It's been a while since I slashed and burned all my journal entries. Interesting thing deleting old thoughts, should I fear to repeat them? Bah, unimportant at the moment.

I'm thinking of setting my alarm for 6 instead of 7. Do I really need that extra hour? Are 3 to 4 hours of sleep enough? I'm beginning to think so. Besides, I'm not getting any younger, nanotechnology aside.

But yeah, I've hit the 21 mark, I'm about 6 months from graduating, and time has never moved so slowly and so quickly at once. I think I'll keep you forever dA account. Hopefully I won't delete this entry and forget I said that. There is a nice nostalgia about you, even if your layout changes more often than I'd like.

And on the art end of things...I don't know. There's too much of a typhoon in my head about how I feel toward art and the "art world." Art history, and history in general, I think I will always love.

But Art, I like you, I like your past from an academic standpoint. I also enjoy making you, some days. Somehow, though, you get a little pretentious, a little...shall we say confining, as to what is expected of me. There are an awful lot of rules to you, even though you are supposed to be without limits. This relationship is currently on the fence. I don't think I could ever stop making you, in terms of what I think you are, but I don't know if I can commit to you professionally. We should probably talk about this, but I realize you are a large concept and mostly intangible, let alone without much of a brain or mouth to speak with. Perhaps I will make you one, or two, and then we can discuss exactly what we are.
